Questions from US donors
How does my money get from the US to India legally?
ISCA USA transfers funds to the Dargah trust's FCRA-designated bank account. FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) is the Indian government licence that authorises organisations to receive foreign donations. The Dargah is fully FCRA compliant.
What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively use PayPal for all international transactions, which supports all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. PayPal provides buyer protection and your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. We honour a 05-days refund policy. If funds have already been distributed, we will issue store credit for a future donation of your choice. Please email us at info@nizamuddinaulia.org within 05 days of your transaction.
How will I know my donation was used correctly?
We send photo and video updates for larger sponsorships (food distributions, event sponsorships, blanket drives). Annual financial summaries are published on the website. For enquiries, you may contact us directly at any time.
Can I dedicate a donation in someone's name?
Yes. After completing your PayPal payment, email us at info@nizamuddinaulia.org with the transaction ID and the name you'd like the donation dedicated to. We will note it in our records and include it in our prayers (Dua).
